Seems like a sticky is needed for this. 

@Marc Rice from our brokerage (Reafco) does a ton of airbnb rentals an he could give you more detail on it.

I think a lot of people get themselves into sticky situations with some random contract they download off the net.

@Doron Rice In my area you can do so as long as the Broker is accepting to the idea.

I make sticky notes to attach to the application to trigger my memory on who it is.
