I used to post links to it as a courtesy to newbies bc it’s extremely helpful, but I’ve been asked by BP mods not to link to it any more (they thought I was getting paid a referral fee to recommend that data set but I wasn’t, I just recommended it bc it’s sooo helpful!).

Steve Babiak - I believe that the mods probably assumed there was a relationship given that you're a power user and decided to forego a message.

It is exciting to gain more knowledge daily though the pod cast and reading members questions and feedback.

Since homelessness and few low mod housing options exist in the US I expect more states to follow, our Federal government to come up with some loan programs and better choices ahead... 

Of course there is the Keurig which is from Costco, a set of 4 canisters with coffee pods, tea, creamers and sugar I got for $5.

You will find resources here from blogs to pod casts and forums.

Not sure if bp mods will give me a slap on the wrist for "advertising" but I do work in the Stowe area and specialize in ski town investors and second homeowners.

I'd start with the REI tools: particularly, this one.Then lurk on the forums, and listen to the pod casts. 

I can listen to pod cast all day, I can watch videos, and read post but I still want a live person to sit down with (in person, over the phone, in front of a computer, etc...)
