Again, no offense to them as all that I have ever worked with have been great and very accomodatingBelow is how I would handle this:-deliver a 3 day Notice of Termination to the property by certified and regular mail, posted on the INSIDE of the front door or delivered to an occupant over 18yrs old.

You could technically put 15K back in the bank and put 60K down on a 300K move in ready house in Auburn with 5K closing costs and no PMI.Of course that is if your realtor (most have no clue what they are doing and have only a high school diploma, no offense to those who are top notch) is accurate about what you can get out of the house.
