It's ritzier than electric coil ranges(which look so bad they make you wanna barf, not a good thing when you're about to make dinner.)The induction ranges cook food faster, and I believe they're safer.

I don’t know if I am looking in the right places but I wanted to see if anyone has suggestions of where or what type of group/firm would help me evaluate and compare costs of going with a different building system, such as metal vs CMU vs tilt up or comparing roof systems and breaking down the pros and cons etc.

then you can buy a kit to make your own screen frame, you cut it with a hacksaw, silde the corner pieces in and then lay the screen mesh over the new frame you built and use a spline roller to secure the screen mesh into the frame,, some frame kits come with metal springs that help hold the screen tight within the track they set back into.Once you've done it for $15.00 you'll never pay a hardware store prices to do the same.

You can use the metal H shaped signs made for Bandit signs but they are kind of flimsy and are easily blown down.

We had main riser leaks due to old copper pipes that had corrosion and were springing pinhole leaks likley due to disimalr metals being used in the system creating "galvanic corrosion". it was a big job but we did it all ourselves. went ahead and replaced the main hot and cold risers from the boiler room to the third floor.
