Hello all,I've been looking in the forums for an answer but haven't come across anything.Everything I read says to find the Executor's address and send to them directly, but what about just labeling the envelope to 'Executor of Estate' followed by the decedent's address?

I am in the process of setting up my business entity and have worries about being labeled a "dealer" after I begin assignments.

Disclaimer: Before I'm labeled as being racist, I want to recognize that every culture has it's idiosyncrasies.

I am looking at a single family home in a chicago suburb labeled as a Homepath REO on the MLS.  

Being swift, effective and fair.I wouldn't label these people as dead beats or create a stereotype of such.

They dodged the unlawful detainer with some bogus claimsAt some point they called the FD.. stove/ oven was labelled unsafe by FDNo problem.

The only real threat I see to the real estate market in the bay area is not the technology jobs leaving, but some sort of a major natural disaster like a magnitude 9 earthquake hitting the bay area, otherwise the real estate demand and prices will continue to hold up.I much rather spend my time and energy trying to identify a no name tech company that will have the ingredients in place to emerge and become the next Apple.

I can see the first one in cozy labeled as "in progress" but I cannot see the second portion of his payment.

If all goes well we found an amazing deal, because it was labeled commercial (but didn't appeal to commercial people) and was almost impossible to show (took us over a month).

Sounds good, until I read this in CI'S Terms of Use, under the section labeled Use and Restrictions Related to the Services "You should not use the Services to execute any documents or instruments, or to make any offers or proposals that you intend to be legally binding.
