In the meantime, I did not pay him rent because telling him I was sick and didn’t really know what to do and that my dog was losing hair out of his mouth he told me if I was sick and my dog was dying that I need to find another place so I did I sent him a letter on September 10 that we would be moving out and I would like my deposit back because the house was not damaged any worse than when we moved in.
