The fridge, and the window a/c were both written in as part of the deal as well as some other items. but I didn't think I had to write in the condensing unit as part of the contract, just figured it would be implied.

I did give them plenty of notice and yet I feel responsible for inconveniencing them - no air conditioning, fridge/freezer, they had to eat out, etc. etc.
