How many people like to enjoy the outdoors when it's raining?

So here's my question: There's a new outdoor shopping center with stores like The Gap, Nike Factory Outlet, etc set to be built close to me. 

Brick walls, 2 story 3 bedroom, 2 baths and outdoor deck area, can I get out of this nightmare without incurring out of pocket expenses ?

I transposed a gutter spout away from the outdoor entrance to the basement where the visible moisture was entering.  

You can set it up to cover all aspects of the property (every room, plus outdoor spaces, hallways, driveways, etc)On move in day we walk through the property together and note the condition of every room (walls, ceiling, floors, doors, windows, window coverings, etc).

I have my URL and email listed on a sign in front of my property, and printed on a trifold brochure placed in an outdoor brochure holder under the sign .

@Mark Futalan We have Arlo cameras installed at our own residence, they are outdoor WiFi surveilance cameras. 

My plan is to fill the empty cans with #2 off road diesel fuel and place the cans at houses that have outdoor fire pits. 

Even the dangerous molds are manageable unless you already have respiratory problems.Ensure the ventilation fan sucks air out and vents into the outdoors, not the attic space.Train the tenants how to kill/clean the mold with a simple bleach solution and spray bottle.
