Outdoor shopping and home values?
Hi all! Brand new to BP. Happy to be in.
So here's my question: There's a new outdoor shopping center with stores like The Gap, Nike Factory Outlet, etc set to be built close to me. Was wondering how home prices are effected by developments like this. Anyone have any experience with this?
