The owner is elderly and lives very far away.

The short version: I'm looking for creative ideas about structuring a deal to keep an elderly woman in her house for as long as she can.The details: I recently had the pleasure of meeting an elderly woman who asked me to make an offer on her house.  

Yeah I would sit in on the council meetings, speak with more elderly agents and etc who know the area well.

The seller is an elderly lady who recently lost one of her children to a drunk driver and wants to sell her mobile home (MH) to pay for funeral debt.

And since he's 80 yo I'd make sure he has an attorney (or hire one for him) as I wouldn't want anyone claiming I took advantage of the elderly.

Somewhat elderly owners of several 6-10 units that they want to back away from the day to day operations of.

There really isn't a great way to find these people other than maybe reaching out to staff at facilities directly or elder law attorneys.
