I think you have to work it backwards.. you have to determine your missions then buy what fits your mission profile and your budget.For me we went all electric I drive a Telsa S and bought my wife a Tesla X  we love them. .NO gas bill but I don't deal with the direct public trying to snake their houses from them.. so there is no perceptions.. and I don't haul stuff around..

My only suggestion, the "Actions" need to be congruent or aligned with your "WHY".I define the "WHY" as your purpose, mission, goal, or the desired outcome.

Your mission is getting it back to market-ready condition as fast as possible! 

I have been on a mission the last few weeks to get back on the RE train, to learn as much as possible from BP and to implement what I learn from the podcasts, forums and audiobooks to get back to an investor mindset and stay open for finding the next deal.
