I have zero interest in interfacing with tenants.. much prefer notes. be the bank... but knowing your area pretty well..

If you browse some of the virtual assistant sites, many freelancers note that they specialize in skip-trace research. 

Definitely a better app interface but I'm not sure it's better as a web app.

As a designer, I like the visual interface of tenant cloud, with the widgets and integrations. 

Chris, I am rather new to BP and Just like Rob I am browsing the same area.

Haven't looked back.It's my favorite so far if only because the interface is beautiful (magnitudes easier to use than Appfolio), but the customer support is also really solid and there's a great mobile app.

What is the precedent in your market, when you browse rental listings do many of them advertise central air?

A quick browse of the AZ Appraisal Board shows that in the first half of 2005 (I guess they don't update very often) they had 21 disciplinary actions (and other cases still pending).
