The money for that draw will be disbursed on Monday.We have begun demo work on the 2nd floor apartments, all of the old carpets and flooring that we will replace in those units have been ripped up.The ceilings in one of the 2nd floor units have started to be painted as wellA lot going on there this week and we are moving at a nice pace for sure.As far as the renting of the units goes we haven't approved a tenant as of yet. 

Now I really begun to rehab that place and hope to be done next month and get some renters generating some cash flow for us.  

@Paul Timmins I have begun reading some of the resources you mentioned here on BP, however I have not dived into the podcasts yet but will do so.

The next inflation wave of WAGE INFLATION has begun Greg, it is not coming soon, it's here, now, and just starting.

I've even heard the riverside area to the northwest by the Chattahoochee has really begun heating up.

I've also begun working on plans to help outline the workload/role requirements so a new person working with me can be easily onboarded.

As I've begun to have more capital (and less time) to work with, I've been shifting my marketing more heavily to online marketing.
