So there is where FB is simply the best for for targeted audience, as long as you know how to use the FB algorithm right.That said... joining groups is all fun and dandy, but the most reliable way to get your property sold is to place an add and target hungry investors/flippers/buy and hold that are desperately looking for their next property.But yes if you have a few targeted FG groups in mind, it can't hurt!
