I suspect even at the price point of about 1.2 million for both homes the back unit could bring in close to all the mortgage payment the owner occ on the front house lives for almost free. but has a completly seperate house that is the STR.. not renting a room out.. in the home they live in ..anyone have experince with this or have they seen these new rules allowing STR as long as the home is owner occ.. kind of more like mini B and B..
