I'd really like the delivery addresses to be hand written and my signature to be hand signed.

So you pay for the pre-construction and own it from the date it starts with guaranteed delivery terms and they are fixed-bid contracts so if there is a cost-overrun or lumber goes up for example, the builder/developer absorbs that.  

Notice in person may be by personal delivery to the tenant or any person residing at the premises who is 16 years of age or older or personal delivery to the premises and affixing the notice to the inside of the main entry door.

A small one would be $125, do you need delivery and install? 

Our storage unit building quotes are only good for 1 month, with a delivery date within 4 to 6 months. 

Under promise and over delivery and your tenants will be happy.

The real question is whether a title company will accept an 11year old, unrecorded QCD to satisfy their requirements for passing marketable (incurable) title.Intention to transfer is key; usually defined by both delivery AND acceptance.

It's a bit extreme and your delivery is not easy to receive but I totally can see your view point.
