Oh, merry christmas everyone

As a Christmas present this year from the company, it was announced that my job will probably be outsourced overseas and my being laid off during the first half of this 2011…at my age and with a family to support I need to explore other opportunities to keep income coming in as the wife’s job is not capable of supporting us.

Now I didn't grow up in a time where everyone got a trophy for participation and maybe my self esteem would be so much higher that I wouldn't be so cranky when someone disrespects  their elders but, when someone who claims to be a Broker for seven years and has "investors" for clients yet has such a seemingly small grasp of investing then excuse me.

So when all my friends were walking around in their new leather shoes after Christmas, I was walking around in my converse chucks.

Globally, this whole Cali deal enters trophy contest...so value add is investor progression almost solemente. 

One thing for sure, I will never look at a HUD property again.Hopefully this helps others as lesson learned from my experience.Merry Christmas Everyone !

Merry Christmas @Rishi Ramlogan you just made my year...actually both 2016 and 2017 with this example of "I can't do it, so nobody else can do it" tirade.  

Are the extra boxes just due to Christmas from them buying gifts and having them delivered?
