Do they have a theme?

Is there a general theme of what California buyers are looking for in the Midwest?

I thought as a way to help lower my tax bill I could buy a ‘primary residence’ here … and then rent it out…Feel like something that I know these areas, they are no longer in my backyard per se but if I were to ever move back in the future I'd have some property there…I’m not sure if my sentiments are clouding my judgment here, but I’m seeing props with 1% LTR and in areas that will be/are booming (hello new Universal Theme Park), duplexes in other/less desirable areas, etc.

We then furnished the interiors and decorated with a new theme to give a nice desert vibe to match the surrounding decor.

We've scored some awesome beach themed pictures, knick-knacks & chairs (need to be refinished) for a pittance.  

Pre order all of your furniture, theming items etc and store them so that when the time comes, you are ready to knock out any updates and not interrupt any guest experience.

If any commission puts a brokerage on suspension for 90 days, what do you think all the agents will do....they aren't hanging around the coffee pot , they will be moving their license!

I cannot choose one specific piece of advice, but I can think of one general theme that has really helped me....LEARN.

1989 f150 and 2006 dodge dakota ...need trucks for our line of workused to be a jeep guy as well...til i rolled my yj after landing a bad jump from an ATV ramp, cracked the transfer case in half and had to replace the front suspension...i'll have to dig up the pics of my jeep 6 feet in the air though!
