@Drew Sygit I have looked into a commercial insurance policy (I actually have some of the properties still under one), but in my experience they are very expensive compared to traditional policies.

@Drew Stevenson - the quick answer to your question is, yes there is.

One thing that I really liked was the friendly Landlord laws, which is what drew me to TX.
