I'd expect an uptick and small flurry of all types of mortgage applications (purchase & refinance) and particularly heightened demand and interest for the limited multi family inventory across CA, the PNW and FL.At least in Oregon, the market has been semi-responsive to rate movements, and timing will be critical to taking advantage of any rate reduction opportunities. 

I've seen so many situations where a billboard company took an unsuspecting owner to the cleaners and signed a perpetual freeway billboard lease for less than $1000 per year with no increases.

I'm personally building my own tiny home and have many connections within the movement.

But it would be a dope project to build some machine learning model tuned to exactly what I want, like interactions between price and crime and population movement and income shifts and their impact on cash flow, not just property value.

A properly drawn LLC can be perpetual as well or be limited for a certain time period and then renewed.

I do feel sometimes it's more difficult to get movement on deals without an agent and they take you less seriously.

I definitely expect more movement in the comings months ahead.
