There are tools like that floating around BP…I think @Wendell De Guzman just posted one recently in the forum.

It seems everyone seems to have a problem with finding quality contractors….if you have the means to float holding costs, I say get it under contract.

Careful, lots of misunderstanding and misinformation floating around on this.

My .02 would be to take the 30 year and lock in the rate rather than have that unknown risk floating out there.

@Rogers MarquessConsider having the reputable HVAC company install a float switch or wet switch in the HVAC system’s condensate pan.  

UPDATE: We have completed the flip except the floating shelves in the kitchen which are being installed as we speak.The shelves and the installed stainless steel appliances are NOT shown in the pictures below.We had a staging company come by on Sunday and in my opinion they did an amazing job!

The problem you could run into is if you were borderline for the loan, then the borrowing against the line of credit could push you into situation where you no longer qualify for the loan, but you can't get the loan w/ out borrowing so you're stuck.If your credit/DITI can float the difference then go for it...
