foreclosed is past tense :)  Preforclosures start with the NOD and are finalized with the NTS (notice of trustee sale) OR the owner curing the past due amount.ANY title company  can provide such a list, some will automate the email to you and there may be a small fee

Send them a Notice To Quit - giving them 3 to 5 days (whatever it is in your state) to cure the rent default or you'll be either evicting them (when the moratorium is up) or suing them for unpaid rent.
