., so I've edited my above post to use EA for clarity amongst the majority of BP readers.

Within the envelope is a letter explaining the rent increase as well as a lease addendum for them to sign and return with the SASE contained therein.My timeline is as follows (dates used for clarity of example):Written rent increase notification dated and mailed to tenant on March 30.Signed lease addendum due back to me no later than April 30.Rent increase as described in the addendum is effective June 1.The problem I am having is what to do with the notifications that don't come back.  

Have you found any definitive clarity on this, hopefully citing  code or some type of similar precedence with NMTCs that might lend to apartments or residential housing units being accepted by the IRS as business property?

-Will activate heloc, seasoned the funds 3 months in external account, then go buy more properties.Overall need clarity on best way to fulfill these Business / Personal status/goals moving forward.While I hopefully build a relationship with some of you and get some answers, I am actively moving forward with the personal side of things and get the ball rolling on the heloc.Just need the categories I can run own accounts and hand over organized expenses, etc. what ever makes it smoother for the CPA.

Just looking for clarity on the whole pre foreclosure/lis pendens situation in NYS, please shed any light you have on the subject!

I've been very amicable with the HOA and tried to explain my position and asked for clarity on what concurrent occupancy means, as the only reference to it anywhere in the entire rules and regs is below which leaves it open to interpretation IMO. 

Having at least a written agreement that includes the amount, the interest rate and the payoff date allows for clarity and makes thanksgiiving dinner more enjoyable. 

This clarity helps you stay on track and gives you a sense of direction.

These things are never easy, and I hope y'all can find the clarity you need to make the best informed decision you can.My family ran into this same situation with my grandma a few years back.
