I just sent off my third mailing using @Jerry Puckett and although I haven't got a deal yet I will say that Jerry has got my phone ringing.

Of course, I am still open to any and all tips and tricks surround this topic if others come by this thread and want to throw their hat in the ring.

Most descriptions will make reference to them and the amenities the community offers (like a pool, gym or dog fighting ring).

I also leave a nice set of shower curtain rings that have separate sets of hooks for curtain and liner, which the tenant almost always leaves behind for the next resident.

HI, this should rent in a few days , to and EDEN or CMHA tenant. ( I PM 500 or so doors in the Cleveland markets )  My phone rings daily and we rent places right away.
