But, I'm not a camera guy so I really don't know what to look for except that I need a DSLR camera in order to get photographs with the whole room and not just a corner of a room.I won't take enough photographs to justify the expense of buying a new DSLR camera.

This will add protection to your property, increase the chance that you will have longer term tenants and make your property more appealing, possibly at a higher rent in the future.Maybe get an inexpensive wifi camera system to catch the neighbors in the act.I personally don't mind spending money to fix problems so that they don't keep being problems.

Or I suppose you could buy one of those fake CCTV cameras and put it up in the laundry room for $39 to appear like the room is being monitored...would feel pretty "watched" cheating the laundry.

She would bang on the wall, set up camera and pointing to the driveway; and the latest story was she used a audio device to measure how 'loud' our tenants was during Eastern holiday, during day time, omg... she is just ridiculous.We thought about ditching the property, but we bought it at the peak, 2006 and just way under water and stuck.Over the years, we have had better luck sometimes, and worse luck sometimes, it's like the weather and we just cross our fingers and hope for the best.
