I’m an architect/investor with a great builder/investor partner and we’re very active.

I am in the make for builder and architect to assist me with building my home on my private property in the Wesley Chapel, FL.   

Long story short, historic areas can be really challenging to do a project in, specific windows required which may be back ordered for months, specific roofing and siding required, additionally due to current craziness in the housing market you may not be able to get an architect and engineers report which may be required for approval.

I've been conversing with several architects over the past several months while we work through issues with the city and the parcel's title (iykyk).

ISO an architect that can provide the plans, get the permits, etc.

I am a Florida licensed architect having designed millions of square feet including museums and convention centers.

There will be different building permit-related challenges with trying to go modular, but I know plenty of architects who are familiar enough with the building code to provide insight on what can be permitted on that side of things.

Having property well-vetted contractors and even an architect is paramount.
