From my experience those companies just say that you need some, put some in, and that gives them a chance to get a $100-500 padding for profit with little ability to verify what they've done in most cases.So Cara, out of curiosity, have you gone with a home warranty?

I’d say it depends on what your next move is- if you need the cash from the equity to rehab a big money maker or for a non VA down payment then cash out, if you’re just looking to keep cash flow while accruing more equity, then refinance.
