I'm new to real estate investing and though I owned rental property in the past, it was primarily because I moved and had a co-worker who wanted to rent my house so I did for two years and then sell it (looking back I wish I kept the house).

@Jenna BamletInstead of Subject To; I would look to sell the properties or have your partner purchase (in another LLC) and finance them without you being a co-signor.
