I have been marketing this property and recently found a buyer who is very interested.

I've just assumed that when a listing shows HOA dues of $200 with a monthly billing cycle, it means $200 a month.

HMLs have their place, I've just never had to go there, I used conventional money starting out, used partners, private money and my own. 

i recently found out about HUD properties on HUDhomestore.com . im 21 years old have about 650 credit score . do you think i would be able to qualify for any hard money lenders or fha loans ?

I've just outlined the basic and most standard ways to get financed.
