Hell folks,

I am new to this forums. I've read some of the articles here about wholsaling and I've also chatted with some more experienced RE investors (Brian Gibbons) and I am interested in starting with Lease option assignments. I want to find a not too costy course on lease option assaignments that will show me how to get started with lease options (that also includes contact forms), but don't want to spend money on mentorship for 1000s of dollars. I came across this course:

http://cooperativepurchase.com/ (at $59) and it seems very interesting. Has anyone taken this course before or know anything about Adam King?

I am also open to any suggestions about any other courses or books that you have tried and has worked for you. Few people have suggested to read books on lease options by Ron Legrand and Peter conti. Any tips or suggestions are very much appreciated.

thank you.

Anthony.
