I'd subscribe to yardi in your market for 2600 per year and you'll get more data than you ever need. in columbus it shows all 30,000 units that are under construction, scheduled to be delivered, etc. they have full time dedicated researchers. it shows sale comps for larger multifamily properties, it's phenomenal data.

I wish I had two people saying how awesome it is; the last time I subscribed to something in the USA (it was some credit service) I had to cancel the credit card to stop the billing... the 'trial' was seemingly impossible to cancel.Thanks for the reply
