Theres the 203K Streamline (rehabs under 30K) and the regular 203K loan. 

The reality from this stimulus is that for anyone that did not invest in anything in the past year (real estate, stocks, crypto, etc.), the value of your cash on hand has drastically diminished.

My wife and I are most concerned with what steps need to be in place or things to be mindful of before pulling the plug from one management team to another in an effort to best streamline and reduce the opportunity cost that'll be lost during this transition.

When I spoke to them they told me about their rehab loans too, but it doesn’t sound like they have any streamlined process that allows you to get a rehab loan and then refinance into their mortgage.

We pay a bit extra towards the split with them, but it's worth it in my opinion because they do a lot of the work involved in generating leads and our transaction coordinator helps streamline and organize transactions, which helps a lot as your workload increases.
