One of the old real estate adages is, "Prices are sticky on the way down."

I suppose they serve a purpose for some people for short term, but their solutions are eating beans and rice to survive, throw all of your money to pay down debt, switch to a 1 year fixed mortgage, etc.

The tear-down to build-up action you describe sounds more like Rice Military, or do you mean Independence Heights?

Those who provide information for free Geez J, are you giving away for free your pamphlet that is featured as a sticky on the forum?

Also, having agriculture such as corn or rice on the property would dramatically improve the hunting.

Its certainly a different market from Dallas and SMU or Houston and Rice.
