As many have said or implied here, it seems like they are virtually impossible to get out of once you enter into an agreement, companies don't call you back, and the possible illegalities in their leases are almost impossible to fight in court because of the high cost of litigation, attorney fees, etc.

I have had moderate personal success at waking up at 0500 and grinding through Udemy tutorials, or spending three hours a week working with a vocal trainer after I get home, or staying up all night to work on a website, or driving 2.5 hours on Saturday morning to Daytona to "intern" with my patient friend who renovates.
