Becoming a smart entrepreneur

Yes but it will be for the creators, leaders, and entrepreneurs, but that’s not the majority of the population.

Being an entrepreneur is different than an investor.  

I'm currently based in New York City, and after watching a few friends enter into real estate from a few different angles, I started to dive into researching the industry recently.I'm a 2x entrepreneur, building companies in both the creative and fintech space (as a side project I also created a non-profit during COVID to support the restaurant industry).

I am a hard working, young entrepreneur looking for as much experience as possible.

There are many local private entrepreneurs who are donating, and cooperating with the city, to provide quality low-income housing, and the same are also developing socially beneficial landmarks in historically recessed parts of the Greater Tulsa area.You're correct that no one can do it alone.

As we started to diversify into that industry, we also saw an uptick in medical due to the aging population, and very recently we are starting to see more entrepreneurs come to the community because of the cost of living but still close proximity to the major markets in the State. 

We are all here to support each other and grow the greater community of real estate investors and entrepreneurs!

The problem is, like many of entrepreneurs/investors I suspect, I don't always know the questions to ask because there are options I'm not even aware exist!
