I own an income property (my first condo prior to moving away for my job) and I've been contemplating moving back into it, but here's where I need help.The condo is currently rented and the rent covers my mortgage and hoa with a bit of positive cash flow beyond that.  

Hello All,I have been really contemplating on what to do first and cant figure out which so I think ill just give my reason to each.

Myself and my partner have bought several multi-unit homes (2-4 units) recently and have contemplated buying a larger commercial property.  

So I was contemplating waiting a month until the market was "hotter" (mid-March for example).This is a 2000 sq ft single family home in a nice family neighborhood in Austin, TXSo what do you think?

I too have contemplated setting one up as I own two rental properties as of now and plan on adding at least one a year to my portfolio.  

@Antonio Boone Hi Antonio,My husband & I are actually contemplating investing in the Wilkes Barre area.

It was so bad, I contemplated self-insuring where I could (foolishly) until I found a competitive agent that wanted my business.

I love my neighborhood and area, I didn’t want to search for another home because the market has been so tough around here.Another option I contemplated was buying another single family to fix up and utilizing an FHA loan (since I used conventional to begin with), while renting my current house out.
