I currently own 2 units (both SFH, purchased within the last year), and am about to close on a deal that will bring 7 more (tri-plex and a quad-plex) into my portfolio - really excited about closing on a bigger deal, but of course I'm holding my breath, realizing that "I don't know what I don't know."
