Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing substantial amounts of money into our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

they spend years searching never finding and then fade away.. when in fact if they took less ( much less ) built a business then things come  a lot easier.. when you have a lot of funds at play you can make a lot less.... look at hedge funds.. they ony make a few points but its on a billion dollars.

Since that time I’ve raised way over $100 million from investors and bought over a half a billion dollars of real estate.
