Prop tax's some of the lowest the country very low insurance stucco houses tile roofs and desert landscaping all lead to ease of maintenance over time compared to FLA which of course has all sorts of weather related issues that is detrimental to houses .. high prop tax and sky high insurance ( certain areas) But its also growing.. so there is that.

But the more I learn about corporate credit and D&B and CAPEX scores, the more it seems that having an LLC is worth just for the benefits of building access to increasing capital over time through corporate credit and "true" business credit.Re: regular business credit cards, as you mentioned, I'm using Fund&Grow at the moment to get as many as I can (but those cards have my personal guarantee attached to them).

I live in columbus and miami about half the year both. economic activity in miami is like 20x what columbus is. net migrations by number of people are waaaaaayyyy more in miami. columbus has 10 out of the 14 growing counties in ohio. it's not just one county or city, it's the entire MSA. cool chart but definitely would never put Detroit in the same category as either.
