Pretty low, I would guess, but you may still have a septic company inspect it and verify.If it is a legitimate concern, you should be able to install a barrier or something similar to a french drain to catch any leakage before it reached your home.

Navy Army Community Credit Union has approved me for a "cash-out" construction loan to finance the rest of the renovation, payoff my HELOC, and afterward will convert to a 15-year mortgage @ 8.65%.

This is very useful if you buy a multifamily, Veterans United and Navy Fed will usually have the lowest VA Rates.
