It was unlocked so I peeked in and everything was gone.

So I started offering my skills as a photographer.

I make sure all doors and windows open, close, lock and unlock correctly. if you have a home alarm, testing and replacing panel and unit batteries; also checking window and door entry detectors.the peace of mind for a tenant goes a long way when they feel safe in a new place.

It's hard to photograph the kitchen because it's a galley in a postage stamp sized unit.  

There are even a few apps that can turn photographs into basic plans.

little did I know after a few months later the agency expired and I did not renew with him.I used a flat fee brokerage, hired a good video/ photographer ($400,00) and did the marketing and sold in 3 days!
