Buying a home in foreclosure is like buying any other property but potentially more sensitive or on a more limited time frame ( if property has equity ).

I would first try and take a more sensitive approach to the matter and try to come to an understanding with the tenant.

When the payoff timeline is so condensed, it's not a interest rate sensitive loan.
