I bought a camera a couple months before my first property that cost about $1k.

They brought in a camera and basically pushed it down the line until there was just backed up water and it became black on the camera.

Just sat with a service tech from a plumbing company and watched the video from the camera they pushed down the sewer line in a 4 family property. 

Whenever a tenant asks if he/she can install a camera (whether a Ring or a complete surveillance system - which one of my SF renters asked to do) I gladly allow it as long as the install is done correctly. 

I was met by an eviction team and angry landlords with cameras in hand.

I put in technology like online rental, security cameras, etc.

Occupancy fraud over the last few years skyrocketed and so there is a huge increase in surveillance on situations like that.

Can you pull it up on the cameras?

Outdoor speakers and surveillance cameras were impossible to keep working.

If it really gets heated our office has a panic button, security cameras, and we are prepared to protect ourselves.
