I have architectural drawings and have met with the borough discussing the plans. 

I am new to the real estate investing market but I have a passion for housing, architecture and interior design.

Can someone recommend a structural engineer who is familiar with City of Austin development permit requirements, and especially Travis county TNR who can help with preparing structural/architectural drawings for house addition.

@Brigham LewisMy belief is that college is virtually useless unless you’re going into something like medicine, technology (debatable), engineering or architecture, accounting, that kind of thing, or if your end goal requires an advanced degree (my degree is in psychology bc I wanted to do counseling, which requires at least a masters - I had kids and never went back, and got into real estate instead).

A few things you should watch out for in this area is what your finish floor elevation should be for flood insurance reasons (if you are in a flood zone), check with the local HOA to make sure you are complying with their architectural requirements (builders can usually help with that), make sure you do not buy vacant land with gopher turtles or in a protected scrub jay (bird) zone.

I know literally 1000s of people in the architecture construction, labor, real estate and mortgage markets of Tucson.

As much as I want to agree with @Colin L. that Fiverr could be able to do this, I think the best money spent is with a true architectural rendering indicating what full SD would look like in its full fabric.

I have a strong handle on the photography end of things - my previous career was as a very high end architecture and hospitality photographer - so I can get that it took 5 days for sure.Danny Duran I will text you his info for sure this morning.
