My question is more oriented toward whether someone would manage Section 8 tenants from 3 hours away.

Currently our community/county are growth oriented so it may be best to strike while the iron is hot.

I’d love to make connections with people who are goal oriented as well and can possibly help each other achieve our goals.

My approach lately has been more "recruiting allies" oriented than "are you selling".

My feeling is that anyone who would leave everything familiar behind to come to a new place must be brave, ambitious, and goal-oriented, and I've read lots of good stories.

I'm detail oriented and am good at planning and analysis. 

More particularly, a real estate agent that is more investor oriented and that we can build a relationship with for deals further on down our path.

It's one more party that can tell you what to do and pull the rug out from under your plans.
