Hi, I am looking at a vacant property here in Nc and wondering if anyone would have a person of contact or know where to go in regards to a property that has been foreclosed on by Caliber (behind the scenes its really HSBC) with an LSF9 Trust (By what i read is all "Paper Fiction Novel").

SpaceX is only getting bigger, Magnolia isn't going anywhere (the Gaines just announced a 15 episode behind the scenes series), expanding suburbs around Waco, TSTC, MCC and their partnership with multiple four year institutions, Baylor (still recovering), and Waco is smack dab in the middle of Austin and Dallas on the I35 corridor.

For example if I only end up getting 0.7% of PP in gross rents, and my expenses somehow reached 40% of rents (what I would consider a pretty nightmarish scenario), I would be MUCH better off with a deal like the one you propose (cash flow of nearly $2k vs only $400).
