Hello, I am an ADU specialist and launching and ADU rental program.

I am new to STR's having just launched in Rehoboth Beach this season. 

Is anyone else having a terrible experience with the launch control service?

Orlando is a monster to get in to.. but there's Disney World, Sea World, Universal, and supposedly in 2025 Orlando is getting flying taxis with the initial launch being a commute being Tampa and Orlando.Gainesville is smaller, but for most it's the first largest city you hit on i75 when driving into the state from Georgia.Fort Myers/ Cape Coral/ Naples is also growing fast but was recently hit by Hurricane Ian with record damages. 

So i have a friend who lives far out of the area who is looking to help launch a my wholesaling company.

We just launched our first MTR and our first guest moves in tomorrow, so I can't imagine a project with 37 units and funding from investors.
