Launch control - Customer service
Is anyone else having a terrible experience with the launch control service? I find their customer service incredibly frustrating; it's a nightmare to communicate with them. They just keep passing the problem from one of their colleagues to another. Even the Customer Success Manager (Melanie) doesn't seem to care about responding promptly. The last time I had to deal with her, it took hours and days for her to reply, and she didn't even answer my questions from different occasions. Her response was that she had left the office. Aren't they supposed to be experts who understand the importance of timely responses? She didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that someone else would assist me or if I could contact her later. She just left me in the middle of the conversation. I've been waiting for over 15 days for help to reset my account, and I'm the one who keeps asking about the status. The only response I get is that they are "waiting for IT's response." Today was my breaking point, and I demanded an estimated time, but they replied that it's not possible and that I have to make some corrections. If I hadn't demanded a response, I'd still be waiting, even though I paid for this service, on top of my monthly subscriptions anyone else having a terrible experience with the launch control service?
