What made me sign up and become a part of this community is the unique atmosphere of genuine good natured people.

I found Bigger Pockets in my search for genuine education about investing in real estate that didn't come with a sales pitch.

I responded that he can reasonably expect of the next sixteen homes, four would be genuine giant winners, four would be profitable flips, four would be cash break even investments, and four would be flops.

So that is y they tore it up so bad, so he wouldnt make any rent off of their misfourune, they didnt have.much and wad genuinely tryin to do their child right as well.
