Hello All,I'd like some advice on selecting a real estate firm to join as I've recently completed the Massachusetts real estate salesperson examination.

High ticket items probably need to be examined in detail with more quotes.

We had to file plans, and what was the kitchen was called a "bar", and the original examiner turned it down calling our plans all BS.

As to Bill Gulley and his advice, he may indeed be conservative, however; his experience and background give him a very solid foundation to offer up advice, having been a bank examiner if I recall, along with owning many investment properties over the years.
